I don't know the first thing about what I should do, I'm running:
Agendus Pro
Versamail
Blazer
MegaLaunched
LJP
PalmaryClock Wireless
Duke3D
RBackup
ZDoom
AvantGo
PalmRevolt
Bhajis Loops
TCPMP

All the native Palm games I own seem, fine to me so I'm not mentioning them. The list above is what I either use constantly or think WarpSpeed may help with.

Of course I'm interested in both overclocking and undersclocking. I want to make the most of the utility. I also have UDMH and UnCache BTW.

Thanks in advance for any advice!

My suggestions are only guidelines, but this should be good for you:

System: Bus: 15, CPU: 2

Agendus Pro
Versamail
Blazer --16,4
MegaLauncher
LJP -- 16,4 (20,4 if you want better SNES framerate)
PalmaryClock Wireless
Duke3D --20,4
RBackup --16,3
ZDoom --16,4
AvantGo
PalmRevolt
Bhajis Loops
TCPMP --20,4

If you want stability, don't go above 20,4. I also tend to have the odd stability issue below 15,2.

For apps you didn't mention: I run pTunes at 16,2 Media at 16,4 and PalmPDF at 16,4.

interesting em, run mine at 11*2 (143 bus and cpu), the system is a little sluggish, but the battery life when using wifi is a bonus, especially when you brightness fix is added into the mix.
