problems surfing at school....?

i can connect at home, and surf fine, i can connet at my folks and surf fine.

however, i CAN connect at school, but won't go anywhere. the proxy settings at school at "address: proxy Port:8080, i set that in the netfront settings, and it still doesn't go anywhere. shows that it is trying then eventually comes back with "network timeout".

Have you used the internet, on a normal computer?
does your school have a VPN? because my school has a VPN and I get that error, because of the VPN. there is a VPN program for Palm, I think it is called mergicVPN, but you need to know the settings.
