I am just about to order a new SJ33 and I was just wondring if it is upgradeable to OS 5.

No. OS5 uses a different chip. It's like trying to put a cylinder in a square hole.

PDAs running any version of PalmOS 4.1 or lower cannot be upgraded to OS5. The entire architecture of OS4.1 (and earlier) PalmOS PDAs cannot support OS5 at all, and never will.
It's like trying to install OS X on your PC, or Windows XP on your Mac.
By the way, there are many PCs out there which now run Windows 98 which cannot run Windows XP because XP requires (and checks for) a certain class of Pentium (or compatible) processor during the installation process.
It just doesn't work.

If I remember right, there's a trick to make XP install on prior-to-Pentium CPUs. However, I think the slow speed would make you think triple if you really want to continue to run it.
No, you can't upgrade a Palm OS 4 device to OS 5, no way. :)
PS OS 5 "may" be upgradeable to OS 6, though.
