Agendus Today Screen and Versamail

I have been unable to make Agendus show on its today screen my accounts from the Versamail database. Could anyone tell me how to accomplish this? Thanks!

what device? which version of agendus....using 9.06 on my lifedrive, versamail accounts do not register with agendus...!

I didn't try, but since Agendus comes with it's own mail application (the pro-version includes it already), I'm quite sure, they only support their own AgendusMail-databases...

no, in fact. On my old tungsten T, the number of unread messages appeared fine on the today screen using versamail as the default email application!

Have you tried Agendus Mail that comes with Pro? I find it to be a bit better than VersaMail on my TX.

I'm using Agendus 10.07 on TX, and under preference/programs menu Versamail is set as the email application.

I preferred Versamail because of the nice ledger-style purple interface, as well as the issues Agendus Mail's scroll bar has with PalmRevolt:

1. The scroll bar is quite sluggish. Normally the size of the actual bar depends on the page size, ie. if the page is short, like just a bit longer than one screen, the bar would be long in size; if the page is very long, the bar would be tiny. The problem is that when using PalmRevolt, the scroll bar size in Agendus Mail keeps changing and refreshing when you drag it around, slowing down operations significantly.

2. The scroll bar (with PalmRevolt) behavior is erratic under certain usage. This is probably related to the first issue. When I drag the scroll bar to a different location and release the stylus quickly, often the scroll bar would jump right back to the original location, as if the system has not registered the move.

But anyways, since apparently I'm not the only one with the Agendus+Versamail integration issue, so far I'm content that the problem's probably not caused by me setting up the system incorrectly. ;)

If it's a bug in Agendus, I hope they will fix it soon, since the purple ledger-style GUI of Versamail is soooo sweet.

That's odd, I have had no odd behavior with the scroll bar when using Palm Revolt. Might try switching skins to see if that solves the issue.

I think it has something to do with AM being 256 colors, and if you use Force16 the issue goes away. BUt I had lots of other issues with AM so I'm not sure.

I Know about that...

What i'm interested in is the email display at the today page (e.g. GMail 0 unread / 0 unsent)... how can i make the message count there reflect my Versamail inbox?
