I'm a fairly long time registered user of ZLauncher and absolutely love this application.

I have a question though that maybe someone can help me with. I have tinkered with the setting qulte a lot and can't figure out how to do this.

On my Life Drive, I've set one of my four main hardware buttons to launch ZL so this is how I Power On my device and enter the launcher from other apps.

However, often when I power on the device, it advances to the second tab (almost like it is reading that I pressed the button twice).

So here's my question, is there any setting I can set so that ZL won't advance to the next tab with that hardware button press?

Thanks in advance to anyone who may know how to do this.

Put a check mark on "Start on 1st Tab" in ZL Preferences/General tab and move your favorite tab, mine is ZLToday, to the left-most.

Put a check mark on "Start on 1st Tab" in ZL Preferences/General tab... Cool. Unchecking it takes you back to the MenuGroup you were in when you launched the last App.

Does anybody know how the "Bundle" Attribute works?

thx

Where do you see 'Bundle' ?

The Bundle Attribute:

Pop up the list for an icon, then tap INFO. There's an "Attrs:" line that gives you "----" and you can tap that to give you a page called 'database attributes'. The docs don't explain it too well.

thx

Ah, that one. I also encountered it earlier this week and was wondering what that did.

I do not think it is ZLauncher specific since I was able to find back some info on the web which also relates to LauncherX (dating back already to 2003 !) and some programmers related info.
Apparently, from what I understood, setting this attribute results in all databases with the same CreatorID to be loaded in Main Memory when you launch an application which is stored on SD.
It does something similar when you beam/send a file. If the bit is set, databases with the same CreatorID go with it.
