View Full Version : Fitaly Virtual digitizer problems

Has anyone else had any problems with the virtual keyboard (Fitaly Virtual3) and the onscreen keyboard on their NZ90? I find that with both the taps are not registering properly. Getting upper and lower letters rather than the ones I tap. Very frustrating. Could this be a digitizer problem?

If you are a registered user of Fitaly, they have an updated version which will allow you to adjust the position of the virtual keyboard. They will probably email it to you if you send your request, or you can check their website. They may have it available for download.

Mine kept giving fatal errors, especially when HotSyncing. Removed app, trouble gone.

Fitaly is great with their customer service. They walked me thru a number of issues, showing the patience of saints.

This was a problem in the FIRST beta version and it has been corrected for a long time!

You keep repeating this in several thread and that is not fair. Maybe you should avoid beta testing any product in the future?

Let me clear up some things. First when I downloaded the app from PalmGear for trial purposes, there was no indication of it being a beta version. I have since found out through a series of PM's that what I had tried, was an older version of FitalyVirtual. Apparently, for whatever the reason, PalmGear only had the older version. One of my gripes is that PalmGear doesn't have a link to a developer's site. I tried the app, I had issues with it and I removed it. I posted my findings as an unsatisfied customer, not as a beta tester.

Today, I decided that after I installed JackFlash, I gave FitalyVirtual another try. I have to say the previous issues have been solved and it works just fine now :)! So I am now a registered user of the FitalyVirtual keyboard on my NX Clie.
