my sj30 always got fatal exception
and i do not know what's happen in it.
therefore i want to make a hard reset to it
please tell me how to solve this problem
and the method of hard reset of it

Hold the power button,at the same time do a soft reset. Let go of the power button after 5 seconds. Will then promtp you if comfirm you wanna hard reset, push the up button.
