Is it possible to still retain an old Docs To go for an older Palm AND use a newer version for a newer Palm?

It seems silly that once you install the new Docs To Go that you can't use it anymore on the older Palm because it immediately updates to the newer version.

I am aware that I could somehow do it if I install Docs To Go on a different computer but was wondering if anyone has found a way to still have both versions without them interferring with each other. Would installing a different version on a different drive and directory work or would DTG figure it out when it's looking in the registry during installation?

Thanks.

Have you asked DataViz about this?
I'm pretty sure that it would see it, as it is integrated into the hotsync process.. Can't really have 2 of the same process loaded...

I do think that is pretty poor, not to offer legacy support for older versions.

But.. here's the kicker..

You CAN beam datavis's propriatary format from an older version, to a newer version handheld, and have it sync...
