Is there a way to change the color theme on the VZ90? Some of my applications have black font which can't be changed. I have ZLauncher also, but I've never changed background and Themes. I use ZL for the shortcut feature and the rest was too complicated. I realize that ZLauncher may be another avenue to deal with this. Any tips or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks.

Go to Prefs, go to General, and you should see the option. I will plug in my VZ90 to check if that isn't correct

Dragongames, that is correct.
Select Preferences,
General,
Theme is at the bottom listed as Colors:

Thanks guys, I thought I had tried that. Instead I was doing options then preference. Your help is very much appreciated. I can retire my UX50 now.

You can also tweak the GUI more using Palm Revolt or Skin UI ;)

Ok, is there any reason for me to learn how to make Skins and stuff in Laucher? So far I just use the shortcut feature and it's a pretty big program for that one feature. Some of you use ZL, but appear to use other software also.
On the color issue, I created a macro in MacroPlay for a shortcut to my dictionary. It automatically changes the color then lauches PocketLingo. It also changes the color back to black at the end of the macro.

The good thing with Skin UI or Palm Revolt is that you don't need a launcher to apply a skin, you skin in fact Palm OS resources (buttons, lists and so on), so no "new" launcher ;) You should give it a try.

Wow, I have always thought of SkinUI as a necessary
I import the Palm Revolt skin "Cobalt Inverted". It looks so good on OLED.

I can't figure out how to use the software. It changed the background color of everything. The instructions aren't detailed enough for me. I've never worked with skins, themes or changing the appearance of any of my PDAs.

What software? SkinUI?

I tried the PalmRevolt. I couldn't find SkinUI at palmgear or handango. Now that I don't have the 3D Launcher for the UI, I really should learn how to do something about the appearance of my PDA. I tried something initially with ZLauncher, but the 3D Launcher was simpler and I liked the appearance. I've heard people say it's easier to use PowerRun for the shortcuts and then some other launcher. But there has been some issues with PowerRun and the UX so I never tried it.

You should ask this in the "UX" forum then ;) because the UX has an internal Power Run function (not as easy but it has one).
In my experience, I never had a problem with the last version of Power Run.
