T/X e-mail and Activesync

I have managed to synchronise my e-mail via Activesync using Versamail as the e-mail programme. However, whilst my Inbox is synchronised, the Sent items are not. In other words the send items file remains empty.

Can anybody tell me what I am missing please ?
