If you run a manual backup and have it set to display a report when finished, does tapping "export" cause your device to hang and subsequently create multiple entries of the report in Memos/Memo Pad?

It does on my TX and another user's T3.

Yes, it hung the app and created 163 memos! That's not good. Thanks for bringing this to my attention. I'm off to submit a report at Resco! ;)

Thanks for testing. I submitted a report as well. They need to know that it is not just a NVFS issue.
