Lifedrive sold

Heh, I did a quick check on ebay for lifedrive prices and they were ok. Prices haven't start to drop too low. This is the first time I sell a Palm in prevision of a new model possibly coming out. TBH, i didn't think I could have got a price that good :D .

Sold it on day #2 out of 7.

1st argument on selling it is music playback. I bought an ipod and that LD was bought to listen to MP3s. Plus lets face it, it's not as snappy as other Palms and it finally started to annoy me.
2nd one was that possible new models coming out.

So i'll try to live wihout a Palm for an unknown number of weeks :eek: . But I have to admit I have an eye on the T|X.

I guess i'll wait and see :rolleyes: ... Let the new Palms come!

Congrats on the sale... I have a feeling, depending on what you got used to with your LD that you may not be happy with the T|X. It's the little things (Some of which can be easily added). Plenty of people seem to be happy with theirs... I saw that the Treo 700P's alleged target launch date is 5/28... who knows?

Yeah I know (about the T|X). I think i may just wait to see what comes out later. To be honest i think I wasn't using my LD to its full potential anyway. If Palm comes out with another hard drive based device, I hope they are gonna put a nicer memory architecture behind it.

But from what I see with T|X reviews, seems to fit what I really need (and not what I want ;) ).
