Switching apps w/out launcher

Is there an add-on out there for switching from one app to another without going back through launcher, like when I want to paste text from one app to another? I am using CRS Launcher.

My suggestion is to define McPhling's "Activation" to be the Camera Capture button. Then, include the Clie Camera app in the McPhling list. Once you launch the Clie Camera app, you then press the Jog Dial to take the picture. This gives you an always-available, one-touch application launcher for up to 14 of your favorite apps.
