Has anyone used a T-Mobile hotspot with their NZ90?

I saw this while reading the FAQ's page on their site:

8. Can I connect using a Palm handheld device?
No, Palm devices use a proprietary web browser which is not compatible with the T-Mobile HotSpot network. Any handheld that supports the Wi-Fi 802.11b wireless technology and utilizes a standard Internet-ready browser can be used with T-Mobile HotSpot.

I'm wondering if it was refering to older palm type devices, not taking into consideration the #1 PDA in the world.

Anyone...?

It depends on the Hotspot; it works for me at some Starbucks but not at others :( (even though my laptop always works). The problem is not with WiFi, that connection always works. It seems that their HTTP proxy mechanism gets in the way and you can't login :(

X-Gear,

I had some problems, however, now I connect at any starbucks with only one problem. that is getting a solid connection to the WiFi transmitter, for some reasons I can not always get enough signal to connect, but once the NZ is connected it is just a matter of logging in and start surfing.

If you can always surf once you get a good signal... Which browser do you use. I'd consider switching cause I'm not impressed with NetFront. If you did connect with NetFront, I'd want to know that too.

Can you connect at Starbucks without paying the T-Mobile monthly access or do you pay it?
