new user: how to do backgrounds on zlauncher

ok, i got zlauncher to work, but i can't seem to access any background pics or icon sets to work on my sj22.
Do i need a memory stick to put the pics on first? or do i need constructor, and where can i find a download for constructor (and what is it anyway?)
Help if you can. it would be appreciated.

I do believe that the manual states that you need a memorystick. However, as you shouldn't read the manual, there's another method. :)

Use Picture Gear Pocket, the Image viewing software which comes standard with your SJ22, to convert an (exact!) 320x320 image to your Clie. Then, use the ZLauncher Theme manager to use that picture as background.

ok, i tried the PG Pocket, but i still need a way to get jpegs or btmps onto the SJ22 so that i can work with them.
I'm gonna mess with it some more but its really hard to figure out.
Any further tips on using the Zlauncher would be appreciated.
