JOT 2.0 and TapPad 2.02

I'm a happy TapPad user, and recently I want to try out JOT but find out that it is having conflict with TapPad.

I'm using NR, and has anyone experienced the same situation? Is TapPad 2.02 the latest version? Has either program been updated for this issue? Thanks!

What are the conflicts with between TapPad, and Jot and GA?
