Well, there isn't really much you can do with it. The battery life sucks, the controls are extremely hard to use, the screen is terrible, and the thing is a brick on your wrist ;)

It runs palm os 4 has a touchscreen and a jog dial. I think I can do some things. Also I got the lighter abucus version.

Yeah, but they still suck, lol. That is why no one bought them... ;)

It's fine for what it does, and a steal at $50. I picked up one recently as well.

Good resource is:

Very active, even have some working on a battery mod (2 days isn't very good:))

What can I say, I am on a "buy obsolete Palm" binge lately. Picked up an iQue 3600, then the Abacus watch...

me too, I have a zodiac, and a wrist pda. I love palm, but come on palm, lets get something better than 4 PDA's with the Tungsten E design.

I just picked up a new Fossil Abacus Wrist PDA also. For $55 on the Amazon.com marketplace I coudn't resist.
I also get a little over 2 days useage with it.
I am following this forum on someone looking into putting a better battery in it...

I picked up mine for AUD$80 on ebay about a week ago. I don't think these were ever sold in Australia. I get 2 -3 days use between charging and I think for what it is that's not too bad. I can put the charger on it every other day, and I can also charge it via the USB port on my laptop so I don't have to have the charger with me. For a PDA it's convenient having conatcts, etc with me all the time, although the screen is a little small for heavy usage. The games are almost impossible to read! I bought the Abacus version which I believe is a little smaller than the Fossil version. I don't have big wrists but it looks good, especially as larger watch faces seem to be popular now. I also like the ability to change watch faces and even create more. I would say I'm very happy with it. As a watch it looks cool and the PIMS are a bonus.

The main reason I got a fossil is so I could say I have the bible on my watch.

I have a Fossile wrist PDA which I admit I bought mostly for novelty at first. Then I started using the thing and I have to say it has some major flaws (battery life being the only biggy to me) but overall it's a nice device. It's really nice having all my caladar, tasks, and contacts on my wrist.

Maybe it's because I'm a computer science major but most everybody I know thinks is a really cool device especially for $50.00 (which is a far saner price they Fossil's original asking).
