strange T615C observation

A very strange thing happened to my T615C. I was at the airport, and put the Clie though the X-ray scan as always. After the Clie emerged out of the scanner, when I picked the Clie up I felt some static. And I noticed that my Clie had gone dead! I couldn't turn it on. Tried a "soft reset", but nope.

After a few hours, I tried "soft reset" again, and it came alive! strange, isn't it?


PS: I was happily looking forward to swapping my T615C with a SJ33 or T665 making use of the BB warranty I purchased. But the damn thing decided to come alive!

That is strange....never have that expirience eventhough my T665 has went through hundred X ray.....

If you do a little searching, you will notice that there are some reported problems with the Sony T series and airports. I have had problems with both a T615C and T665C in an airport. My T615C completly went bonkers after a flight, never to return to normal. My T665C needed to be sent back to Sony for some repairs afterwards. Others have noticed problems as well. Most similar to yours, it stopped working then a few hours after the flight it starts to work again.
