There's a blue dot appearing on my lcd.
It appears light blue when the lcd is showing
black or gray (example, the splash screen of picsel viewer)
It's just a pixel small yet I can't get over it.
What's the probable cause? How could I fix it?
Thanks!

Hi,
dead LCD Pixel IMHO.
There was a pretty ridiculous set of fixes proposed some time ago(google it on my blog), but personally, I dare to say that the only helper here is called Sony!

Unless you want to go down the route of purchasing a dead UX and replacing the LCD yourself....

try taking apart the UX and physically pushing on it (or if you can push hard enough, push the screen when it's in the case) and if you do it with the right amount of force you may be able to unstick it as I did my my lcd monitor (but that was a green pixel)

yea ive herad ppl saying take out the lcd physically and tap it at the back as hard as possible of the dot and it may get unstuck

Maybe you better purchase a backup UX before you go down that route....
