Calender Meeting Format

On the Desktop software if you go to Tools>Preferance>It ask you "select the format for displaying the location." How do you actually use that selection?

after you chose the format you desire. Clcik on new event to create your appointment. In the general tab, you will get an option to choose your location. Enter it. Now when you will switch from day view to week view (vice-versa), you will see your meeting displayed in the format you have chosen.

Thanks, I guess since I always entered an event without opening the event window I did not see that.
