How do you make them?
Also, In Clie-launcher section in launcher skins section, I uploaded two clielauncher skins, How do you like them?

You need to use NxSkinGen to make them for the NX Clies. You can find some instructions on my page on how to make Virtual Graffiti skins. The link is here. (http://nx.cbulock.com/vg) That page has a link to download NxSkinGen. But, once you know how to make the VG skins, the status bar skins are made pretty much the same way. You just have to edit a .BMP file and manually do each button. Can be a pain.
But I am in the process of writing a tutorial to do the status bars and right now I have been creating a Photoshop template to help make the status bars very easily. Basicly it is a Photoshop file with every single button and every state of each button on it's own layer. (To give you an idea, right now I have 55 different layers, and each one I had to cut and paste the buttons and make sure the transparency is done right.) But I still have about 10 more layers to do, because I want to add in a few different styles of Okey buttons.
So, once I get that templete finished, I will finish the tutorial. It will then be real easy to make matching VG skins and status bars since all you will have to do is paste the background you want into the template, and edit the buttons if you want. Then you can cut and paste the buttons into the .BMP file NxSkinGen requires. If this doesn't make sense, don't worry, it will probably make more sense once I write the tutorial.

Anyways, I kind of got off on a tangent there, but if you want, check out my webpage, and once you mess around with NxSkinGen a bit, doing the skins ain't all that hard.

I made my own skin, and it took me half a day to do both VG and Status bar, which is a little too long, but the outcome.... I love it~~

I would be a lot easier if your template for status bar is there~~~~

Yea, I plan on posting the template because I am really bad at making status bars and skins, so hopefully I can help someone else make some cool ones!:D

Yes, NxSkinGen is free and it works pretty good.

Okay, I made a status bar with NXSkinGen, but when I HotSynced it to my NX, PhotoSkin didn't recognize it. Is there any other program that supports (and changes) status bars? Is there some trick I should know to use PhotoSkin?

I got the first part of that status skin template finished. You can download it from here. (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/camerons_clie_group/files/Skins/Misc/nx_status_template.psd) It's for Photoshop. Basicly, I just took the stanard status bar, and took all the states of the buttons and placed them into layers that are easy to edit. And I included some placeholders to make it easy to copy and paste into the .BMP file that NxSkinGen uses. It now has all the standard buttons, but I plan on working on it a little more and add some Okey buttons. But if anyone wants to try it, I would be happy to hear any suggestions for improvements or anything.
Oh, and I will be getting some instructions on how to make the status skins (I have been saying this for months, but I still do plan on doing it, I just realized that the template would be needed first.) But, if you know how to make the VG skins, the status skins aren't much different.

heh... I didn't hav time to look at your template yet (added to todo list). I made my own skin with the template from the NXskinGen, that was not too hard, maybe just a little time consuming.

I will check out your template sometime and give you some common~~

now... just have to wish... it would all work for NZ users :(
