At the moment I am using the built in web browser on my Zodiac but it sucks. It is quite unstable and sometimes freezes while rendering pages. Anyone Know a good alternative apart form novarra.

well you don't have to buy clie just get Makeclie, UDMH and Netront prc somewhere and then install them http://www.1src.com/forums/images/smilie/images/smilies/smile.gif that should be it, right guys?
however you can also try install opera mini for palm os which is free. For that you can find more instuctions from thread in 1src, just use search button. I'm just trying it myself.

They can be found in the "MaXX is Released" thread in the TX forum.

The patched version of netfront causes a fatal exception when i launch it on my zodiac with and without maxx. :mad:It crashes and burns on my Zodiac 2 as well. Maxx is specifically for the TX and T5, so I wouldn't expect it to help on the Zodiac.
I use the Tapwave Browser and nWeb, but I've also been looking at the current version of Xiino (http://www.mobirus.com/eng/products/Xiino/). It runs full-screen on the Zodiac, and seems capable.
Now, let's see if MakeClie will con Netfront into working... Shouldn't need UDMH, as the Zodiac provides about 10MB of dynamic memory.

DO NOT!!! EVER use makeCLIE!!!!!!!!
and you need udmh for bigger resource allocation when installing it to ram, even if you have 10000 TB of dynamic heap, the max resource size that can be inported into ram is still 64K

I have had NetFront 3.1 on my TX installed. I even wrote a reset proof MakeMeClie (what a hack) to have NetFront in the main memory and still be able to do a reset without a bunch of errors. I have UDMH installed but not enabled and it still works. But I have moved it now to the memory card as I mostly use the Blazer. If I remember correctly NetFront was fragmenting my memory and therefore I had to reset once in a while to run it again.
