Hi,
I use Messagease MEST (www.exideas.com) as my text entry system - it's brilliant. I used it on my NX73 (may it's motherboard rest in piece(sic)) and every area of the screen worked as it was supposed to.
On my TH55 there are a couple of areas which don't work, although it doesn't affect the text entry. When I queried this with Saied on the messagease forum, he suggested that perhaps the TH55 is reporting different co-ordinates to that of the NX73 when I tap the screen & suggested that I should download a tap co-ordinate reporting programme to see if my taps are being correctly reported. He also queried whether other TH55 users of messagease had the same problem. No-one has responded yet.

I have googled tap coordinate reporting etc etc without any success.

Can anyone give a suggestion please?
Also is there any TH55 user of Messageease using MEST out there having the same problem whereby the outer grafitti area "buttons" don't respond according to the way they should?
Bill

I can't get it to work at all on my TH-55E. I have Landscape, so maybe that is interferring.

FWIW, I have Landscape and installed MessageEaseST Virtual afterwards, and MEST Virtual works fine on my TH55, including all the outer buttons. I don't recall anything special I did on installation.

(BTW, I'm still debating purchase, as I'm still getting better times using Decuma [with "Interpretation timeout" set about 3 clicks towards "Fast" from the "d" in Medium] when testing "The quick brown fox..." This is after about a month of trial, definitely still requires looking for letters, which seems to be slower learning of the keyboard than others claim.)

Perhaps a reinstall is needed. Will try again

I didn't pick up MEST as quickly as some say they did and, on occasion, I still hunt for a letter but I do find it quicker than writing on the grafitti area. However, I'm getting off topic.

To answer the original question
just get PointDisp DA...
I use it for when I need to put in coordinates for CodeDiver.

It gives the x, y_top(pixels from top), and y_bottom(pixels from bottom) coordinates.
If you can't find it, just pm me.
