Copyrighted MP3

Whe tying ot play some MP3s my SJ33 indicates the file may be copyrighted. It plays on music match but not on sony. It would appear the copyright is the issue. Is there any way to tell if an MP# is copyrighted prior to loading. Having to load the mp3 and then finding out it won't play is a drag. Are there any other MP3 players to download that will play copyrighted MP3s. Incidentally the SJ33 seems to have very good sound. Thanks, Al

I have created numerous MP3's with Musicmatch Jukebox and they have all worked fine on my SJ33.  If I understand it you need to use a constant bitrate (i.e. don't use VBR setting) and make sure your at least 64kbps.
