The speaker sytem is hardly inovative. I think it's a bit of a let down after being so secretive about it.

And a Mac Mini with an intel chip. *yawn*

OK, so maybe I'm being a little sarcastic, but still...

I was hoping for a dedictated video player.

The new Mini is bascailaly a more robust media-center now. Its internal Intel GPU will playback H.264 content.

Interesting. But other than a take along stereo for the iPod, I don't see an advantage for the stereo system.

Same here, it seems like maybe Apple is targeting the Bose Wave station peeps.

It's been at about 70 for a while now. The mini is on my list of thigns I would l like to buy for my living room. :) It would also be a great transitional Mac to get, since I would be unwilling to invest in a workstation Mactel right now, with the whole software migration thing going on.
