Hi People,
in fact, In have a few disposable bucks around, and nopw think about going for this box(yeah, my right eye is dying;).

However, the problem is that I have ABSOLUTELY no idea of japanese. I can read a few chinese characters(like 100 or so), but that prolly isnt enough for understanding what the box wants to tell me. So, how much of it is translated, and how much is not so far...

100 Kanji, well thats better than me, my chinese friends can play most japanese games by reading just the kanji so i don't think you will have any problems.

The translated files convert a fair bit of the VZ90 interface to english making it very useable for non-Japanese readers. The non converted parts can be navigated without problems after a bit of fiddling around.

If you have used a SONY CLIE before the OS structure is pretty much the same and its runs a lot more efficently than previous models.

To be honest, 1000 Bucks is a bit too much for me;)

It's about $550. It covers shipping and he'll also put the English tranlation on it before he ships it to you. It's a great deal. Back it up, before you start adding features so that you won't have to go back to factory settings.

I am very tempted now :D. Thats a pretty good price and with tax refund already here...hmmm. Was thinking of gettin a laptop but having a hi-res+ screen again and CO with ML...that is very tempting ;_;

Contact SonyPenguin. As for add on keyboards. The keyboard that works NX works also any IR keyboard works.

Makes sense. You can go to the webpage and deal directly, but you'll need to translate the Japanese. You can find the site link (http://www.pdakobo.com/exec.exe?html=hontai/vz90.htm) in the UX forum topic "Should I buy." Back then we were looking at $420, but I think you had to add shipping and stuff. Give it a look. You can also use the Google translator to help with the translation. Good luck.
