Has anyone been to this site? http://keakaj.com/sms/sms.cgi It's pretty awesome, theres a MAC OSX widget for it too! Now if someone could just make a program for the Palm that used that website to send free SMS, that would rock!

I use Dial! and like it very much. It uses the Palm address book and is a freeware. I write my message on the Palm with Dial! and send the message on my mobile phone via Infrared or Bluetooth.

I use to use the sms program with the Palm SMS program with my Zire 71, but it doesn't seem to work with my TX. At least the link from the Address book to the Palm SMS program doesn't work. You can still use it if you copy and past the destination number, but that's a major pain.

No with this website you don't even need a phone. With this website you send SMS messages without having to use your own phone and its free, all you need is an internet connection!

There's already a widget for MAC OSX that does this, it shouldnt be that hard to make a small app for the palm that does this!
