I tried searching the forum, but couldn't find anyone else stating this problem.
I just got a TH55 to replace my TJ37. I've never used the hold button before, as I've always used a metal case with no fear of accidentally turning the unit on. For the TH55, though, I thought I would try it without a metal case. As it has come on inside my pocket accidentally a couple of times, I've started to engage the Hold switch after I turn the TH55 off.
When I do this, though, my alarms don't sound.
I did some testing, and they will sound if I use the hold switch but don't turn the unit off. They will sound if I don't use the hold switch. But they won't sound if I turn the unit off and use the hold switch.
I do use PocketTunes and LightWav to spruce up my alarms. I really don't want to have to get rid of them.
Any ideas?
