I know I asked this question in the "survey" thread, but maybe more folks will look at it here. I just noticed today that my keyboard (Clie Stowaway) has stopped working. When I connect my t615 to it it acts like it wants to hotsync. I just recently removed FastCPU (before I realized that my keyboard didn't work) so I am not sure if that was it. I have soft-reset, hard reset and reloaded the driver as per the troubleshooting guide I received with the keyboard. I also replaced the original ROM (I was a Jackflash user up til now) and still no happenings. Any ideas?

Is the driver active when you tried to use the keyboard?

Sorry, can't be much more help. I have a Belkin.

Yes it is active. You must know me pretty well to ask that question. I am the guy that checks to see if a computer is plugged in only after trying a dozen other things when the system won't turn on. :D This whole thing has me perplexed. I hate to do it, but I am going to have to call Sony Support....Bummer.

When this happened to me I had to the following to get it to work:
1. Bring up keyboard app and disable keyboard.
2. Return to Launcher
3. Brining up keyboard app again and enable keyboard.
4. Return to launcher again.

Don't know why but this has worked for me several times.

Thanks Bob. That did not do it for me. However, Sony squared me away. (Of course I had to call 5 different phone numbers, get transferred 3 times and then spend 1.5 hours on the phone with the tech....) I had to hard reset and only load the keyboard driver. Then I had to load one program at a time to locate the offending software. (The hard reset and the driver worked when no other programs were installed...) Long story short: The two "bad guys" were "Beam Off" and "Jack Sprat." I loaded Jack Sprat on a whim just to see if it would affect the keyboard. It did. So now I stay far away from those pgms. Thanks for the input! Off to another problem!
