"Native" Clie files to MS?

I have searched a few forums but can't find an answer. Please be kind and help me with which Sony Clie files can be moved to the ms. I own YiShow and am trying PowerRun, but am not sure files are safe to move and still sync to conduits. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

All native CLIE files are locked in ROM. You can't move them. However, the ones you do install yourself can be moved, such as CLIE Mail, NetFront, and World Alarm Clock.
