scratchess on pda....help SOS

after using for some time, i suddenly discovered that there are a lot of scratches on top of my pda...t5.....seems more like abrasion...mild to moderate scratchess at the sd card insertion side.....
i love my t5 very much....
anyone have any ideas to remove the scratches or repair it...

what is causing the scratches? Do you have a hard case or what??

i just have a leather which cannot protect the top
therefore it was scrtached on its top
