Backdrop GC? or other?

I was looking for a program that could put a color backdrop on other applications (like Datebk5 or Shadowplan or ToDo list) - just something like the wallpapers on launchers but for other programs as well.

I found this GC program on palmgear but wanted to find out if anyone hear knew something about it for Clie or if there was something else that was better.
