I've been making skins and keep having to redo parts because I miss the borders of an active area by a pixel one way or the other.
Does anyone know of or have a simple bitmap of the border of each active area (button). Like a diagram of the virtual grafitti and status area that are red where active, and blue where not (seen that for NX). Thanks for any help

I ran across a photoshop file that actually had different layers for all the different parts of the VG. It worked great. I don't have it any longer, but if you search on google for basic vg skinning stuff you should run across it. Good Luck

I think the Photoshop file your refering to is from http://www.jalbrant.com/.
Here is a direct link to the file. (http://www.jalbrant.com/skins/tutorial/silkskin-template.psd)

Yeah, I used to have the same problem until I got a bitmap table from sonipa and I got Festus' skin maker program, which includes an overlay. I then made my own status bar overlay. Festus' program now includes both a VG and staus bar overlay that you can use to crop the parts. Check it out at Festus' site (http://www.geocities.com/festus440)
