Heh nice, or just icons too, that would be nifty! Or rows of icons and text a la Faves...hah
You can opt for icons only. I guess I've been working with icons so much lately, I wanted a break! LOL :D

OK, while I'm at it, I wanted to show off one of the fonts I converted...:D

BTW, I'm working on the rest of your icon list, wellsjs, only there is a conflict with the Sony password protection app. It has the same ID as the Palm security app. Hopefully, you can assign an icon for this through the ZL icon editor. :)
Dave
Also, one of the apps you listed was TCPMPo. Did you mean to put an "o" at the end of that? Is this the Core Pocket Media Player?

I think he meant TCPMP :)
I think the second screenshot looks better :D

It has the same ID as the Palm security app.
DaveI wonder why it didn't get icon'd (new word :D ) when I loaded the icon set?
TCPMPo is a version of TCPMP that comes with OliveTree Ilumina Bible software. I think it's proprietarized, so don't worry about that one. I can use the standard icon.
Nice font set. You in the sharing mood? :D
:D Glad you like the font. It's one my my favorites. I wasn't sure what section to upload it, so I put it in the skins section here: http://www.1src.com/freeware/fileinfo.php?id=1427

Speaking of "Something Different" . . . :D
This is one of my favorite WindowBlinds skins:
http://www.wincustomize.com/ViewSkin.aspx?SID=1&SkinID=5352&LibID=1
Even love the name . . . "Rusty Rooster"
This would make a great ZL theme set, as the icon set for it is awesome too:
http://www.wincustomize.com/ViewSkin.aspx?SID=1&SkinID=1378&LibID=2
While yer at it . . . :D a "Brushed Metals" PR would complete the set real well (more granular like this Rusty Rooster, vs. the existing silver looking PRs)!
One can dream, can't they? :)

the brush metal theme are property of someone that make money with it and its hard to ajust this kind of gratien pannel to match a resizable top bar of palmrevolt
the zlauncher top bar in brushed metal is 320x32 and the palmRevolt top bar are in three part(left part between 1-10X30, middle part 10-50X30 and the right part is 1-10X30) imagine own to match the graphics to be resize in app i think is almost imposible

You cannot turn off icons on a tab where application shortcuts reside. You can (if you were referring to my screenshot above) create a plugin tab (which I named "Today") and just show plugins on it, thus no icons. I think the screen shots on page 1 were an emulator and not real. ;)

What a bummer... it looks really cool
and I wanted to try also something different from time to time.
Yeah, I know of the plugins but there are just a couple of them out
there...

Anybody know where to find the "edit icon" function that's mentioned in the latest version update, 5.4? Can't seem to find it.

Inside the Info window. Tap and hold on an icon to get there, choose "Info", then tap the icon in the window.

Anybody know where to find the "edit icon" function that's mentioned in the latest version update, 5.4? Can't seem to find it.Hi Kevin,
It's actually "Edit Iconset." You can't edit individual icons, but you can edit sets by replacing icons for an app, either from within the existing set, or from any other set stored in the ZL iconset folder.
There are two ways to do it. Easiest, IMHO, is tap/hold the icon on the palmtop, select "Info" from the popup menu. Then tap on the icon in the upper left and tap "Select." You can now scroll the icons within the existing loaded set (RAM), or to navigate/scroll a differnet set (MS), tap the dropdown arrow (top middle of screen) and choose a set, scrolling within that set. When you see the icon you want to use as a replacement, tap it and it will replace the current icon for that app. You will want to go into Theme Manager and save the RAM set back to the card (overwrite), because this set gets deleted when you load another iconset.
The other way is to go into Theme Manager/Icon Set, tap on a set and in the popup select "Edit." You'll find your way around easy enough from there. What gets tricky here is if you edit the iconset in RAM, you need to save it back to the card after you've finished your editing. Otherwise, when you load another iconset from the card, the one in RAM doesn't get loaded back to the card, it is simply deleted. That's why it's important to copy the set back (overwrite the same file on the card) to the card after making changes, or you'll lose them when you install a different iconset.
I think the screen shots on page 1 were an emulator and not real. ;)
Actually, it is real. :) I created an 'iconset' of blank icons to show names only. :D

Thanks, +Kardboard+ and wellsjs (copacetic bud). I haven't tried it yet (just got done reading your posts) but, it sounds a bit like AppIcon's functionality. I'll still give it a shot. A million thanks, guys!

Actually, it is real. :) I created an 'iconset' of blank icons to show names only. :DWhy you underhanded, sneaky, creative genius! :)
:D Well, I guess that was a bit sneaky! BTW, in one of your posts above, you mention going to Theme Manager/Icon Set, then tap on an iconset and select Edit form the pop-up window...when I see the pop-up, there is no "Edit" option for me. Could it be because of the PDA I have? I can still edit an icon the first way - tap on the icon I want to change, etc. Hmmm....

I think it's simply because ZLauncher knows you tricked it once, so now it's getting you back! :p It really does work for me. In Theme Manager, Iconset tab, when I tap an iconset, there is a new "Edit" option (first appeared in 5.4b2).
Sorry...maybe it's just late, but how did I trick it? I checked my version, and it's 5.4b. I'm downloading the official release of 5.4 from the zztech site right now. Maybe the Edit will show up then. :)
Yep, it worked! Installed the official 5.4 release, and now the Edit button shows up! :D Now they just have to come out with a version that will display ALL icons in a set when in Edit mode.
