One of my favorite and most useful apps of all time. I can't tell you how valuable this application has been in helping me keep track of my one pair of tennis shoes and one pair of dress shoes!

If I could write a palm app, I wonder what kind it would be. Maybe a sock tracking database! lol

This would have to interface with my dryer. ;)

Maybe ALP will get some of the NetFront appliance convergence, heard it connects to kimchee pots.

I wouldn't scoff just yet. There really are women like Carry Bradshaw (or whatever her name was from Sex And The City) with over 80 pairs of shoes. Of course I can't see these ppl with PDAs, but that's for another discussion.

Yeah, it's probably more a ladies' app, but I agree with you that the typical woman owning that many shoes would be very unlikely to be the "PDA type!" :)

But then, there have been 950 downloads . . . 33 this month! Oh, the vanities of life! :)

If you want a good laugh, look at the reviews :DAh, I discovered a root cause of my lack of appreciation for this app . . . I don't have a "summer home!" All I have is "the home," and two pair of shoes! :D

You may try to joke wellsjs, but oh how wrong you are. ;) This app has hit the big time. It just made the front page of Palm Addict (http://palmaddict.typepad.com/palmaddicts/2006/02/shoes_rack_15.html).

you obviously didn't read the reviews....

A fantastic application which is extremely handy and an absolute cinch to use. I can't believe this is freeware -- I would gladly pay for this considering how often I use it.

There ya go ;)

How much you want a bet the author of the software wrote that or a friend of his/her's? ;)

I can just see me (Dad), PDA in hand, checking off the shoes and giving guidance to my kids as they sort through the pile of shoes at the front door, on the way out to school in the morning. Yep, that would make me a real hero!

Nah, that's something I'd definately believe as well.

IIRC, Ebay started off as a place created by some girl's boyfriend to trade Pez and Pez accessories. Now it's got "IT" and Homecoming Queen advertising for it.

Yeah, I said something to you about posts that don't add value, and someone else may have chimed in with the name calling. That's the best of my recollection. As to a little silliness here and there, hey, it helps keep us sane! :) It's a troubled person who can't laugh at themselves! Whenever I re-read what I write, or look in the mirror, I get a good laugh! :D
