NX Voice recorder can't play its own recordings!?!

Today at work I was testing out the voice recorder function on my NX. Unbelieveably, it would NOT play the recordings that it just finished making!

All of the settings were tried and all got the same results. "This data format is not supported"

It saves the file to the MS as a wav file, so obviously I can export it to the desktop and listen to it, but that kind of defeats the purpose.

 

Any hidden clues to what the deal is and how to get it working correctly?

I never encountered this!

It plays my recording perfectly. I hope someone has a solution...

It's REALLY annoying. I wanted to talk through robot movements and be able to refer back to them at a later time, but couldn't. AAAAAGGGGHHHH!

Problem solved. I decided to try a soft reset just to see if something may nothave sync'd right on the last reset or something. Everything appears to be working correctly now.
