I have an odd situation that hopefully someone can help with. Versamail was working fine to begin with in regards to launching Blazer for embedded links in emails. At some point, it simply stopped doing that. I would suspect that something is conflicting with it, although I have no idea what that might be. Any one else seen this?
Jeff
My guess: either your MIME handler database got messed up (entries got deleted/overwritten), or the MM<something> file that handles URL data for VersaMail got deleted, so VersaMail no longer recognizes URLs.

Thanks for the help. I will try another hard reset and copy the files you mentioned to a safe place.

I had same troubles with my TX and I found out that it was caused by MemUnfragment app. So I deleted it and links in Versa works again.

Thanks, I discovered that last night as well, so I can confirm that MemUnfragment was the problem.

So now we know what happens when you stop Blazer from loading its stupid 2Mb memory chunk...

I have this problem, and deleting MemUnfragment doesn't help. Any other ideas anyone?

I have the same problem. Also I can't send photos via versa mail unless I disable UnCache. Any ideas? Thanks.

MemUnfragment was the culprit when this happened to me as well. I removed it and now all is well.

Found it. Uncache came to the end of its trial period. I uninstalled it and links work fine now.
