Did you install the TCPMP.prc file? That is the main file. Its default category location is the unfiled directory. If you have FileZ (a FREE file manager) (http://www.palmgear.com/index.cfm?fuseaction=software.showsoftware&PartnerREF=&siteid=1&prodID=9992), look and see if the files are present in ram. If you sort by file name it is easy as they all start tcpmp. If you do not seen them, reinstall.

Also, with regard to installing "all" of the plugins, some plugins are only for specific devices and therefore should not be installed on other devices. Read the install document. Sopecifically, if you do NOT have a Zodiac, do not install the zodiac plugin. If you do NOT have a Sony device, do not install the sonyhhe plugin. These plugins are to use specific hardware on these devices and therefore do not do anything on other devices and may cause problems.

Use FileZ. Launch FileZ. Tap on "View and Edit Files". Tap on the triangle next to "Internal" to expand the list of files in RAM. Tap on the small dot to the left of the file to be deleted. This will place a check mark next it. Tap the upper left corner to bring down the menu. Select delete.
