What I want to know is if this battery is as 'good' as the stock one. It has a lower voltage.

Need one with a higher mAh.

I sent Mitch an email to see why the voltage went from 5.2 to 3.7 (if I remember my Physics... that is not a good thing for circuit board designed for 5.2V). I also wanted to know why they could not increase the mHh, so we could have longer lasting power.

do you guys feel comfortable giving away your Credit Card details to "smaller" sites like these. I have this "feeling" that I saw frauds on my CC only after I used my CC at ipaqbattery.com, a sister site of cliebattery.com.

Good word and probably true, since I have not received any response from them about my question a few days back. I will be surprised if I do hear from them.

Where is a good place to get a replacement?

I received an email back and they noted that the the recharge is 5.2 volts, but the battery itself is 3.7 volts. Is there anyone here with some electrical understanding who can explain that? Thanks.

Where??? I don't know, except contact Sony directly.

AFAIK
the charging voltage are most of the time higher than the battery it self(dont know why)

Charging voltage is always a bit higher since you are literally forcing electricity back into the chemicals, and the electricity has to flow from the higher voltage to the lower. (Oversimplified, but I hope you get the picture!)

I purchased an ipaq battery from them, and received it very quickly. Works perfectly, has a strong charge, works, fits and looks just like the original, so I dont have any problem purchasing from them. George
