Unable to register photoskin

Hi

Purchased program, recieved serial. I go to the register screen, whilst this screen is displayed, my virtual keyboard + virtual graffiti area are both disabled (visible, but unable to write or type anything). I've asked the photoskin support staff / person, but recieved a blank e-mail in reply... anyone have the same problem

Use the physical keyboard to enter the code, not either virtual ones. I did the same thing:)

doh... don't laugh, I use the clie in tablet mode... completely forgot the other keyboard existed....lol
