what is the best settings for converting video and audio for t615c?

whenever i convert a movie clip i can barely hear the sound. the speaker of my unit has no problem coz whenever i play games or playing midi's the sound is loud enough

I think, the volume is limited unless you use optional headphones, or have a T655 or NR70 which has enhanced speaker. There may be mini speakers available, but if not, if you have the optional headphone adaptor, maybe it is feasible to wire up powered walkman speakers.
