I've just bought a WiFi card for my T3. I can browse the Internet fine, but not check e-mail, with Versamail or Snappermail. When I try to check e-mail, I get the following message:
Unable to resolve name pop.dsl.pipex.com. Check your DNS settings or enter the IP address for your mail server.
If I change the account setup in Versamail, and replace the Pop server name with the IP address, it works fine. I don't see why I would have to do this though, because the WiFi connection info lists the DNS server correctly. Also, if I connect to the same PC, but using Bluetooth, both email programs can send and receive mail. In the Bluetooth connection log, IP address, DNS etc are identical to that in the WiFi info.
Anyone had this, or know the solution?
