epocrates sync to card

anyone know if its poss to sync epocrates to a memory card via card reader/writer?

the device is a handspring visor edge with a memplug module that has 128mb sd card in it - don't think there is any way to sync using the memplug so this is all i can think of but not sure if it poss...

No, you can't sync using a card reader, since you need to use the Palm HotSync conduit. When you first run the ePocrates installer on your PC, you don't get all of the files--you have to do an AutoUpdate sync first.

ePocrates used to have a version that didn't AutoUpdate (for Mac users, I think)--you would just download the complete set of files and overwrite the old files with the new. They stopped that a few years ago, unfortunately.
