Emulate PPC in Palmos???

I don't know if it is technically possible, but, does an emulator of the PPC for PalmOS actually exist???

I would love to be capable of playing Nethack in my TC, or use some maps of my city (Mexico) unavalaibable in PalmOS.

What I know this isn't possible on palm os. But ppc's one software can emulate palm os software that they run on ppc system, cool ha?
