i have a problem with media player

i have updated my media player in my n-80v. however, it still don't play the files which i convered by image conver 1.5.......there is a window keeping poping up when i try to play any vedio. it says "playback failed, cannot play the selected movie..this format might not be sopported." i followed every singal detail on the instruciton when i installed "movie player system update101.prc." however, i don't reach the success as many people are saying....is there anyone knowing how to solve the problem i am meeting?

sorry...i don't really understand what you mean? are you syaing that i need to have that before i install image converter 1.5? or something else?

If you have Quicktime 7 installed, it won't work. It is installed when you install iTunes 6.
