Hi there. I'm new to the pda world and I have a T/E2 that I got for Christmas. I would like to be able to get online, but my cell phone isn't bluetooth but I think my dh's Razr V3 is. What do I need to do? Can he receive calls if I'm online? Do I enter his phone number or something? I'm a little confused about all this, but sure would love to use all the features I can. I have some cheap Samsung phone through Cingular, so seriously doubt I have Bluetooth options. Thanks for any help you can give me.

In order to go online via BT you need to pay for a data plan from you cell phone service provider. These can get pretty exspensive.... I pay $40/month with Cingular for unlimited data.... make sure you do not choose an option that only allows WAP data (most plans that also include text messaging, etc are just for WAP browsing on your cell phone and do not generally allow access to the full internet). One you have a data plan you should be able to just follow BT setup wizard on your Palm. It is very easy to follow and will get you online in no time.

I don't think I'm that die hard yet to do this. I'm just a mommy with my first pda. Thanks for answering though.

THANK YOU SPRINT!

Wow, $40/month? Sprint may not cover every square inch on the planet (though the Sprint-Nextel merger has REALLY helped), but their $5/month for unlimited vision (internet) and their cheap PM-325 by LG has me hooked.

Scrapp, I'm sorry that I can't help you that much, however I believe that if you could find a cable that could connect your E2 to your phone, you might be able to pull it off (though don't quote me on this).
