Okay, I thought I was upgrading to at TX but have had tons of problems getting it to work right. When I try to open the Photos and Videos section I get a message saying "Launch Error The application cannot be launched because it is missing localization information"
I can see the photos in the backup folder, but they don't appear on the palm.
When I first took it out of the box, charged it etc. I could see the photo/video samples. Now they're gone. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, etc. but still get the same problem. I haven't loaded most of my 3rd party software yet - just my current ebooks, handy shopper, ultrasoft money, datebk5, 3nity, Auto Buddy, epocrates, bejeweled, and diet and exercise assistant v. 6.
I also keep having hotsync issues - says my hardware isn't recognized and when I check the device manager it says no driver for palm. So...uninstall, reinstall and it works again for a while.
I'm frustrated...any suggestions?
