How do u connect the SJ22 to the computer to check email on the Clie?

If you mean synchornizing mails from desktop to your CLIE, just run "Mail Setup", if you want to check emails DIRECTLY from your CLIE (e.g. using CLIE Mail), you need MochaPPP or sth like that.
