Speaker Blown- Warranty coverage?

The speaker got blown in my T5 yesterday when I was playing Zap!. I didn't check the level at which the volume was set since I thought the games setting was on low. I was wrong. The game blew out the speaker. Do you think palm might be generous and cover this one?

contact the creators of Zap! and let them know. I know I'm not gonna play that if thats gonna happen.

Palm graciously agreed to complete the repair. My T5 will be whole once again.

Good news, papageoff. I'm glad it worked out.

My T3 has the same speaker issue. I've just been putting up with the distortion for several months. I have extended warranty with Office Depot, which expires in April. I'm wondering if THEIR warranty will come through.
