T5 fatal alert

I am in a reset loop on my T5. I can boot in 'safe mode' (reset and hold up) but nothing much works in that mode...

My fatal alert message is:
"PIMsShadowDB.c, Line:290, Failed to create new records in the shadow db with the index requested"

Can anyone please shed any light on how to correct this? I haven't tried hotsyncing it because i am currently out of my country...but if that is the solution i am sure i can find someone else with the necessary PDA software to allow me to hotsync.

Hi bimetal,

Although my error codes were different, you may find some ideas from what I did to troubleshoot my T5 stuck in a similar reset loop. It's described in this thread (http://www.1src.com/forums/showthread.php?t=104695). I also found a solution, which is likely to be very different from yours, it's described in the 3rd post.
